Kunihiro Shimoji

Kunihiro Shimoji has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2022. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Volunteer Coordinator at the U.S.-Japan Council, an Intern at the National Association of Japan-America Societies, and an Intern at the U.S.-Japan Research Institute. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Fellow at the National Bureau of Asian Research, where they provided substantive research assistance for the Political and Security Affairs and Trade, Energy, and Economic Affairs groups. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Senior Associate at Pricewaterhouse Coopers Co., Ltd. In 2020, they were a Strategic Relationship Specialist at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology. In 2019, they were a Global Shapers Community Okinawa/Tokyo. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at EF Polymer Private Limited.

Kunihiro Shimoji obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (International Relations) from College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University between 2009 and 2013.
