Danny McConaghy

Danny Mcconaghy is an experienced plater with a diverse background in the fabrication and welding industry. Currently employed at PEMEC since January 2025, Danny previously held positions at ENGIE Fabricom UK and Blackrow Engineering, where Danny contributed to significant projects including the UK's first green energy recycling plant. Additional roles include work at Ledwood Mechanical Engineering Ltd for a vessel project at Hinckley Point, TEI Construction & Engineering during a Shoreham power station shutdown, and various power stations with PJD Mechanical Engineering. Danny's experience also encompasses fabrication in recycling plants with Lodge Cottrell and work on pipe supports at OGN Group, as well as a substantial early career in oil refinery tasks at BIS Engineering Inc. and Motherwell Bridge Ltd. Education was completed at Wolferton School and Wolfreton, with all subjects passed.
