Joe Hodgson

Joe Hodgson has a diverse work experience in the industrial sector. Joe currently holds the position of Head of Procurement at EFAB Industrial Solutions. Prior to that, they served as the Director of the Industrial Division at BPI Auctions.

Before their current roles, Joe worked at ENGIE Fabricom UK for several years, where they held various positions such as Head of Business Development, Business Development Manager, Regional Site Services Manager, Project Manager, Piping Supervisor, and Piping Charge Hand. Joe began their career as a Pipefitter, where they completed an Advanced Apprenticeship and gained experience in fabrication and installation of pipe work and systems.

Joe Hodgson began their education in 2000 at Tollbar Business and Enterprise College, where they completed their GCSE's and A Levels. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education, earning an NVQ Level 3 in Installing Plant and Systems - Pipe fitting. In 2012 and 2013, Joe returned to Grimsby Institute and University Centre, achieving a BTEC National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering. Joe further pursued their studies in Mechanical Engineering with a Higher National Certificate from 2013 to 2015 at Grimsby Institute and University Centre. In 2016, Joe attended Cranfield School of Management, specializing in Improving Project Performance in Project Management. Joe then obtained Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner certifications in Project Management from Axelos in 2017. In 2020, Joe explored The Science of Well-Being through a non-credit course at Yale University. Currently, they are enrolled at the Chartered Management Institute, where they are studying Management and Leadership, expected to complete in 2024.
