Steven Gaddy is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager at EFC International since October 2004, previously serving as Quality Assurance Director at C. J. Zone Manufacturing Co. from August 1996 to October 2004. Throughout their career, Steven has developed and maintained Quality Management System Certification, successfully conducting numerous periodic audits without any nonconformance. Additionally, Steven has completed the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for new product launches. Steven holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Jefferson College, attended from 1995 to 1998, and has also completed coursework at Southeast Missouri State University in 1998.
