Cynthia Lugbauer, MBA has a diverse work experience history. Cynthia started their career at the Law Office of Jonna M. Spilbor, PLLC in 2011, where they served as an Office Manager until October 2014. In November 2014, Cynthia joined EFCO Products, Inc. as a Project Coordinator, a role they held until April 2015. Cynthia then progressed to become a Customer Service Manager at EFCO Products, Inc. from April 2015 to February 2022. From August 2019 to February 2022, they took on the position of Senior Manager of Commercialization and Customer Experience at EFCO Products, Inc., where they excelled in leading the Customer Experience team and collaborating with other leaders to drive strategic and operational activities. Currently, Cynthia holds the prominent role of Director of Customer Experience and Business Analysis at EFCO Products, Inc., starting in February 2022.

Cynthia Lugbauer, MBA earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from Marist College. Cynthia later pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, specializing in Management Information Systems, General. In addition to their degrees, Cynthia has also obtained a Notary Public certification from the New York State institution.
