Elena Dubtsova is an accomplished trade marketing specialist with extensive experience in both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels. Since October 2013, Elena has been with Efes Rus, overseeing a range of responsibilities that include the preparation and execution of trade marketing activities, budget management, and efficiency analysis. Prior to this role, Elena worked with SABMiller and Henkel from 2005 to 2013, focusing on trade marketing program execution in the Russian market. Elena holds a golden medal degree in mathematics and programming from Mathematical School №1 Kuzmolovo and a first-class degree in International Economics from St. Petersburg State University, as well as language studies from Alliance Francaise.
