Carlo Francesco Baroncelli

Carlo Francesco Baroncelli has over three decades of experience in the field of industrial engineering and management. Since 1989, Carlo has served as Senior Vice President and a member of the Management Board at EFESO, where responsibilities have included significant decision-making roles. Prior to EFESO, Carlo was a Partner at RDA from 1981 to 1989. Educational credentials include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (1975-1981), and training as a Shingo Discover Trainer from the Shingo Institute in 2015, along with coursework at JIPM in 1984.
