Alexandra Hoge

Alexandra Hoge has extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational growth, currently serving as the National Director of Growth and Engagement at EF High School Exchange Year since September 2013. Previously, Alexandra held the position of Regional Director and California Recruitment and Development Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining EF High School Exchange Year, Alexandra worked at Workbridge Associates from May 2010 to August 2013, progressing from Recruiter to Lead Recruiter and ultimately to Practice Manager. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, Marketing, and Spanish from James Madison University, graduating in 2010.
