Anna di Giacomo

Anna Di Giacomo is an experienced International Admissions Coordinator at EF High School Exchange Year since June 2021. Prior to this role, Anna served as a Customer Service Agent for fitvia in Italy, where responsibilities included serving as the first point of contact for B2C customers and providing support through various communication channels. Anna also worked as an Italian Teacher at lernstudio barbarossa, utilizing one-to-one methodologies to teach language skills. Earlier experience includes a working student role at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia in the International Office, focusing on establishing partnerships for exchange programs and translating content for the university website. Anna holds a Master's degree in European, American and Postcolonial Language and Literature - German Studies from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, and has studied German at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and Goethe University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio' di Chieti.
