Vanessa Spilotro

Vanessa Spilotro is an accomplished education professional with diverse experience in student support and program coordination. Currently serving as a Program Advisor at EF High School Exchange Year since July 2022, Vanessa fosters relationships to enhance student experiences and manages relationships with host families and local coordinators. Previously, Vanessa worked as a Local Coordinator for STS Foundation, placing foreign exchange students with host families, and held roles in counseling at Oswego High School and Addison Trail High School, providing individual and group counseling and facilitating various support programs. With experience in camp management, tutoring, and fitness studio operations, Vanessa combines strong communication skills and leadership abilities with a Master's degree in Counselor Education from Concordia University Chicago.
