Andy Sharpe is the Head of Project Management at Effect Digital and has an 18-year career in IT project management across banking, consulting, retail, and media. They have extensive experience in both agile and waterfall delivery cultures, managing large project teams throughout the full project lifecycle. Andy has led transformation programs through the adoption of AWS products since 2017 and has worked closely with AWS Connect since 2020. Their previous roles include VP Project Manager at Barclays and positions at Accenture, ASOS, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Andy holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Bristol.
