Scott Halozan

Scott Halozan has a wide range of work experience spanning over several decades. Scott is currently the Digital Design Development Manager at EFFECT Photonics, a position they started in April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Member of Technical Staff at ViaSat, Inc from November 2014 to June 2022. In 2014, they briefly worked as an R&D Manager at GatesAir, where they focused on research and development of digital television and radio transmitter systems. From November 2007 to February 2013, Scott served as an R&D Manager at Harris Broadcast. Before that, they were a Principal Engineer at L-3 Communications Nova Engineering from February 2003 to November 2007. Scott also held positions as a Senior Engineer at Technicolor from January 2000 to January 2003, at 3Com from October 1998 to December 1999, and as an R&D Engineer at LG Electronics from June 1988 to September 1998.

Scott Halozan attended Penn State University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering.
