Tony Englese

Tony Englese has a vast and extensive work experience in the operations and management fields. Starting in 2001 at Calient Networks as a Manager of Test Engineering, they later joined Entrisphere as the Director of Operations Engineering from 2002 to 2004. Englese then worked at Atrica as the Director of Operations Engineering in 2005 before moving on to Xsigo Systems, where they held multiple roles including the VP of Operations and Director of Manufacturing from 2006 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Packet Photonics as the VP of Operations and later transitioned to Aurrion, where they served as the VP of Operations from 2014 to 2016. Englese further expanded their expertise by working at Juniper Networks as the Director of Silicon Photonics Operations from 2016 to 2022 and then joined Transcend as a Co-Founder in 2021. In 2022, they worked at OpenLight in an Operations role, and they are currently employed as the VP of Operations at EFFECT Photonics since April 2023. Englese's experience showcases their strong background in operations management and their ability to contribute effectively to various organizations.

From 1987 to 1990, Tony Englese attended DeVry University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering (BSEET).
