Later, they joined Comitê Olímpico do Brasil as a Member of the Brazilian National Swim Team and represented the team from 1995 to 2004. Simultaneously, from 1994 to 2004, they worked as a Professional Athlete for Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, participating in international events and winning medals. In 2004, they became a TV Globo and Sportv Sports Commentator at Globopar, Tv Globo, Rede Globo, Globo.Com. In 2005, they served as the Licensing Manager at the Brazilian Olympic Committee.

In 2008, Pedro became the CEO of Effect Sport, an agency specializing in sports and related fields. Under their leadership, the agency expanded its services to include event planning, production, activations, and digital initiatives. During their tenure, Effect Sport represented major international brands like Nike, Gatorade, Uber, and the NFL.

In 2011, they joined the United States Olympic Committee as their Legal Representative in Brazil, contributing their expertise in the field.
