Inge Van Der Meulen is currently working as an HR Business manager at Effectis, where Inge oversees projects and serves as a sounding board for clients and consultants. Prior to this, Inge held various managerial and consultant positions in HR at companies such as IVC Group, Orbid, and Adecco. In addition to their extensive HR experience, Inge has a background in technical account management and product management in the chemicals industry. Inge holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Polymer Chemistry. Inge is also continuously expanding their knowledge through various educational programs.
