Minerva Popa is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources domain. Currently serving as a Support Consultant SF at Effective People since January 2021, Minerva previously held significant positions at Pattonair, including HRIS and Process Manager, and HR Shared Services Team Leader, where responsibility encompassed the implementation of global HR systems, internal audits, and process management. Minerva's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Telefonica, where expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and team management was demonstrated, as well as a foundational role as a Recruitment Consultant at EuroTriade Romania. Minerva holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu.
