Shiv Muniyappa

Shiv Muniyappa is a Senior HCM SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at Effective People, with extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, particularly in the Employee Central module. Since January 2017, Shiv has led multiple end-to-end implementations and provided support in various sectors including high-tech and financial industries. Prior roles include SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant at Gavdi UK Ltd. and SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at Aspen Re, with a strong focus on Core HR features, data migration, and configuration. Earlier experience as a Functional Consultant and Systems Analyst in various technology and HR-related applications has equipped Shiv with a comprehensive skill set in systems analysis and project delivery. Shiv holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
