Jamilla Paden

Jamilla Paden currently serves as the Lead Clinician at Effective School Solutions since April 2022, collaborating with school districts to implement culturally inclusive mental health and behavioral support programs aimed at improving care and outcomes for students. Prior experience includes a role as Mental Health Clinician at Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care from August 2011 to March 2022, where Jamilla conducted individual and family therapy and managed case coordination for treatment services. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Mental Health Specialist at East Orange General Hospital and as a School Social Worker intern at Raphel Hernandez Elementary School. Jamilla Paden holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Kean University.
