Nicki Drzewinski, LAC, LAAT, ATR, NCC, currently serves as a School-Based Mental Health Clinician at Effective School Solutions, beginning in September 2023, where clinical services and interventions are provided to students within the Middletown Public School District. Prior to this role, Drzewinski worked as a Residential and Vocational Counselor at Oasis TLC, focusing on fostering independence for young adults on the Autism Spectrum through hands-on experiences. Drzewinski also served as a Creative Arts Therapist at Women Aware, Inc., offering trauma-informed therapy to children affected by domestic violence, and as a Residential Adolescent Counselor at Bonnie Brae, overseeing the care and counseling of adolescents. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy from Caldwell University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy with minors in Psychology and Art from Connecticut College.
