Odette Ollivier is a seasoned delivery executive with over 11 years of experience in high-performance delivery organizations across digital products and engineering teams. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery at EffectiveSoft, Odette leads a global team in delivering multiple concurrent projects while enhancing delivery accuracy significantly. Previously, Odette held roles as Project Coordinator at Kömmerling, where project objectives were met within budget and deadlines, and as Security Operations Manager at Centigon Security Group, overseeing daily operations and client relationships. Odette earned a Master’s in Security Management from Université de Rennes.
