Bobby Jacobs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bobby started their career at AmigoAmigo as a Promotion employee in 2011 before moving on to work as a Barcommittee member at Studentenvereniging SSRA from 2012-2013. Bobby then joined Studentenvereniging SSRA again as the Dispute Chairman from 2014-2015 and as a member of the Promotion & Recruitment committee from 2015-2016. Bobby then interned at The Gardeners in 2016, where they were responsible for social media content for various companies. In 2017, they worked as a Social Media Expert at bol.com. Bobby then joined YoungCapital in 2019, where they worked with ABN AMRO as part of the Large Accounts team. Currently, Bobby is working at Effectory, where they started as a Project Manager in November 2020 before transitioning to their current role as a Customer Success Manager in March 2022.

Bobby Jacobs has a comprehensive education history. In 2010, they graduated from Vossius Gymnasium Amsterdam. Bobby then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Communication at the University of Amsterdam from 2012 to 2017. Following their Bachelor's degree, Bobby completed a Pre-master program in Business administration / Bedrijfskunde / Business management / Bedrijfsmanagement at the University of Amsterdam from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they continued their studies at the University of Amsterdam, earning a Master's degree in Business administration / Bedrijfskunde / Business management / Bedrijfsmanagement. During their Master's program, Bobby also conducted a research internship/thesis on tourism in Amsterdam, which they performed for Amsterdam Marketing (IAmsterdam) with a focus on Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Bobby has obtained several certifications. In May 2017, they acquired an IELTS certification from the British Language Training Centre in Amsterdam. More recently, in March 2020, Bobby obtained the SEU certification from Stichting Examens Uitzendbranche. Looking ahead, they are working towards obtaining a certification in Customer Success for Impact from Winning by Design, set to be completed in May 2023.
