Céline Roest has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Commercieel medewerker at Deliveroo until 2019. In 2017, they also worked as an HR Intern at Ford Nederland for five months. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an HR-consultant at HR consultancy Peperclip. In 2018, they were an Onderzoeksstagiaire Agile Working at Gemeente Haarlem for four months. Céline then joined Effectory in 2019 as an Officemanager until 2020, and later became a Helpdesk Coordinator from 2020 to 2021. Currently, since October 2021, they are working as a Team Lead at Effectory, overseeing multiple teams including Customer Support, Software Support, and Project Administrators.

Céline Roest began their education at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Human Resource Management. Céline completed this program in 2018. Following their bachelor's degree, Céline Roest enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) to pursue a Pre-Master's degree in Bestuur en organisatie. Céline completed this program in 2019. Céline Roest then continued their education at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where they obtained a Master's degree in Bestuur en organisatie, completing this program in 2020.
