Daphne Koolen

Daphne Koolen is an experienced consultant at Effectory since November 2019 and the founder of Stichting Heart to Handle, a non-profit organization focused on raising funds for cardiovascular research through cycling events. Previous roles include Rider Partnerships Associate and Community Associate at Deliveroo from November 2017 to November 2019, and an HR intern at Shell where qualitative and quantitative research on employee engagement was conducted. At Nestlé, Daphne executed training programs as an HR intern and served as a student-assistant at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, teaching first-year psychology courses. Education includes a Master in Culture, Organization & Management and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Groningen.
