Emma Meijneke

Emma Meijneke has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Emma began their career as an Intern Project Manager at Up Concepts, where they were actively involved in organizing and executing various projects. Some notable projects they worked on included the Restaurant zonder Keuken for Bavaria and Thuisbezorgd.nl, as well as Captain Morgan events at the Horecava, the Gay Pride, and Turn Up The Beach. Their responsibilities ranged from creating budgets, maintaining client communication, researching and documenting project elements, and coordinating staff.

In 2017, Emma joined Freelancers United as the Chief Happy Customers, where they played a role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Spaces, office co-working, and meeting rooms as a Community Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the community and creating a welcoming environment for members.

Currently, since 2021, they are working at Effectory as a Project Manager, where they are responsible for organizing and executing employee feedback projects. Additionally, they advise clients on utilizing employee listening solutions and builds and maintains trusted relationships with them.

Overall, Emma has gained experience in project management, customer service, community management, and customer success throughout their career.

Emma Meijneke's education history starts with their Gymnasium diploma, which they obtained from Stedelijk Gymnasium Arnhem between 2002 and 2008. Emma then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Administration (BBA) at Hotelschool Den Haag (met vestiging in Amsterdam) from 2009 to 2013.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Emma went on to the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where they obtained a Pre-Masters degree in Culture, Organization, and Management from 2014 to 2015. Emma continued their education at the same university and completed their Master's degree in the same field from 2015 to 2016.

In addition to their academic achievements, Emma also earned a TOEFL iBT certification with a score of 109 out of 120 points in May 2015 from ETS Global B.V.
