Emma Meijneke has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Emma began their career as an Intern Project Manager at Up Concepts, where they were actively involved in organizing and executing various projects. Some notable projects they worked on included the Restaurant zonder Keuken for Bavaria and Thuisbezorgd.nl, as well as Captain Morgan events at the Horecava, the Gay Pride, and Turn Up The Beach. Their responsibilities ranged from creating budgets, maintaining client communication, researching and documenting project elements, and coordinating staff.
In 2017, Emma joined Freelancers United as the Chief Happy Customers, where they played a role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Emma Meijneke's education history starts with their Gymnasium diploma, which they obtained from Stedelijk Gymnasium Arnhem between 2002 and 2008. Emma then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Administration (BBA) at Hotelschool Den Haag (met vestiging in Amsterdam) from 2009 to 2013.
