Janna Klöpper

Janna Klöpper has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Janna began their career as an Event Management intern at Kulturetage Oldenburg in 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Festival Assistant at Kulturetage Oldenburg and Jazzbüro Hamburg, followed by an internship as an Assistant of a project manager at Theater aan het Vrijthof, Maastricht. Janna then returned to Kulturetage Oldenburg as a Festival Assistant for their Kultursommer 2012 event.

In 2013, Janna co-founded The Artist and the Others foundation, where they served as a Co-Founder and Project Coordinator. The foundation aimed to support young creative individuals in the cultural field by organizing projects and facilitating networking opportunities. Janna also worked as a Tour Guide at Maastricht University during this time.

Janna's experience in the technology industry started in 2013 when they joined CX Company as a Content Analyst and 2nd Team Lead. Janna managed tasks and client requests, implemented new projects, and maintained the quality of existing projects. In 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at CX Company, where they were the main point of contact for consultants and clients, translating goals into internal actions and analyzing data and customer opinions.

From 2016 to 2017, Janna worked as a Project Manager and Senior Accreditation Employee at EXIN, a global provider of certification and accreditation services.

Since 2017, Janna has been working at Effectory as a Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager in 2022. Effectory is Europe's largest provider of employee feedback solutions.

Throughout their career, Janna has been involved in project management, team leadership, customer success management, and coordination. Janna has demonstrated skills in managing tasks and resources, meeting deadlines, and fostering relationships with clients and internal departments.

Janna Klöpper has a diverse educational background. Janna began their higher education at Cäcilienschule in Oldenburg, Germany, where they obtained their Higher Education Entrance Qualification from 2000 to 2007. Following this, they attended Maastricht University from 2008 to 2011 and earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Arts and Culture.

Janna went on to pursue their Master of Arts (M.A.) at Maastricht University, specializing in Arts and Heritage: Policy Management and Education. Janna completed their master's degree from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Janna Klöpper obtained the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation certification from EXIN in November 2016. This certification showcases their competence in agile project management methodologies.
