Kerstin Schrader

Kerstin Schrader is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of People & Culture and CHRO at Effectory since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kerstin held the position of VP, Global Head of People at Canonical, overseeing a global team and successfully scaling the organization from 280 to approximately 1100 employees in under a year. Kerstin's extensive experience also includes roles as VP Human Resources and CHRO at Irdeto, where responsibilities encompassed global HR operations for 1000 employees across 25 countries, and various HR leadership positions at Mattel, where Kerstin managed teams across the Benelux and Nordics regions. Education includes advanced studies in Governance and a Master's degree in Work, Organizational, and Clinical Psychology.
