Kim Kerkvliet began working at Gemeente Amsterdam in February 2017 as an internship student and ended in July 2017. Then, from September 2017 to February 2018, Kim worked as a research intern at TNO, focusing on sustainable employability. Kim joined ING as a graduate intern in organizational psychology and consultancy from February 2018 to July 2018. After that, from July 2018 to December 2019, Kim worked as an organizational consultant at ING. Following that, Kim worked as a recruitment consultant at Real Staffing from December 2019 to November 2021. Kim then joined Lifeguard in November 2021 as an organizational consultant, translating client data into workable solutions. Currently, Kim is a customer success manager at Effectory, supervising employee listening programs for clients in the Dutch government since October 2022.
Kim Kerkvliet completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Amsterdam from the years 2013 to 2017. Kim then pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from 2017 to 2018.
