Marlot van Laren has a diverse work experience across various industries. Marlot started their career as a Hostess Front desk at Brunel in 2013 and later worked as an Assistant Production Manager and Customer Care intern at Fab. In 2016, they joined Fully Fashion B.V. as a (Junior) Productmanager. Marlot also had their own business called Leather bags BY MC from 2013 to 2018, where they designed and produced hand-made leather bags and accessories. In 2018, they traveled through India with Indian Country. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at Delight Yoga, starting as a Host and then progressing to the roles of Studio Coordinator and Delight Online Coordinator. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Effectory since 2023. Marlot van Laren has gained extensive experience in customer service, coordination, management, and entrepreneurship throughout their career.
Marlot van Laren has a Bachelor's degree in Fashion & Textile Technology, which they obtained from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute, Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Marlot completed their studies in this field from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended the Maastricht Hotel Management School from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Business administration/Bedrijfskunde/Business management/Bedrijfsmanagement. It is also worth noting that they have an additional certification in Bachelor Fashion & Textile Technology from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute.
