Michiel Kock

Michiel Kock's work experience starts in 2012 when they worked as an Allround hospitality employee at Bollee Events. In 2013, they became a Board Member and Treasurer at KSV St Franciscus Xaverius. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Student Assistant at Radboud in'to Languages and Wageningen in'to Languages. In 2016, Michiel joined Calco as a MasterClass Professional until 2018. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at PostNL in various roles, including Corporate Recruiter, Graduate Recruiter, Product Owner, Solution Consultant, and Application Consultant. In 2022, they joined Effectory as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, overseeing various responsibilities such as recruitment, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, recruitment marketing, and recruitment data and analytics.

Michiel Kock's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Koning Willem I College. Michiel completed their high school education there, specializing in VWO with a focus on Economics & Society. Following their high school graduation, Michiel attended University College Maastricht from 2008 to 2009, where they pursued Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Michiel then went on to study International Development Studies with a specialization in Development Economics at Wageningen University & Research from 2010 to 2016. Throughout their education, Michiel has obtained several additional certifications, including the PI Practitioner certification from The Predictive Index in July 2020, a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2018, a Databases & SQL Foundation Certificate from EXIN your ICT competence partner in January 2017, and a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in January 2017.
