Robin van den Hoek MSc has a varied work experience that spans multiple industries and roles.
Their most recent position is as a People Strategy Consultant at Effectory, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, Robin worked as an Onderzoeksstagaire Werk en Gezondheid at Rijkswaterstaat from May 2022 to November 2022, where they conducted qualitative research on the vitality policy of the organization and provided recommendations on implementing the Job-Demands-Resources model.
Robin also worked as a Werkstudent assessment team at LTP Business Psychologen from March 2021 to November 2021, where they acted as the primary point of contact for assessment participants and assisted with communication between advisors and actors.

They also held the role of Presidium Secretaris at Studievereniging Pegasus from September 2018 to September 2019.
In addition, Robin has worked as a Receptionist at Yokogawa in 2019, an Administrator at Pon Logistics from September 2016 to August 2017, a Sales Assistant at Etos in 2015, and a Library Assistant at de Bibliotheek Eemland from February 2014 to May 2015.
Robin van den Hoek MSc obtained a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Coaching and Vitality in Organizations from the University of Amsterdam in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam from 2017 to 2021. Their earlier education includes a pre-university education in Natural and Health Sciences at 't Hooghe Landt from 2010 to 2016. In addition to their academic qualifications, Robin obtained a certification in CPR and AED from the Hartstichting.
