Sharon Schering has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

At Effectory, starting in 2017, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and later as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on improving employee feedback and ideas for organizations.

Prior to this, Sharon worked at Antoni van Leeuwenhoek from 2011 to 2017, where they held roles such as Project Leader and Project Support. Sharon was involved in projects related to document management, recruitment, IT support, and process implementation within the organization. Additionally, they managed the functional aspects of the Principal Toolbox project management system.

Sharon also had international experience, as they traveled to Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji in 2012-2013.

Furthermore, they worked briefly as an Administrative Assistant at TNT in 2010-2011 and as a Sales Associate at Ardenberg b.v. from 2008 to 2010.

Sharon gained valuable experience during a management internship at Rijnland Ziekenhuis in 2009-2010 and during a facility orientation internship at De Telefoongids in 2008-2009.

Sharon Schering attended Ashram College from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in HAVO with a focus on Cultuur & Maatschappij. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled in De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011. During this period, they pursued a BBA degree in Facility Management. Additionally, in October 2013, they obtained a PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG-International. In April 2023, they received a certification in Customer Success for Impact from Winning by Design.
