Keith Ma

Keith Ma is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and IPO services, currently serving as the Managing Director and Director of Technical Accounting and IPO Services at Effectus Group since August 2015. At Effectus Group, Keith leads project teams through impactful transactions for high-growth technology clients, particularly in the renewable energy, software/SaaS, and manufacturing sectors. Previously, Keith held the position of Senior Revenue Accountant at Power Integrations, where responsibilities included managing the transition to a new Revenue Recognition Standard and facilitating the worldwide revenue close process. Prior to that, Keith served as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche LLP, consistently recognized for outstanding performance. Keith's career began at Yahoo! Inc. as a SOX Compliance Intern. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Jose State University.
