Kelsey Brasil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and youth engagement, currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Efficiency Canada since March 2021. Prior to this role, Kelsey contributed to TakingITGlobal as a Project Manager and Social Media Consultant for the #RisingYouth program, fostering youth community involvement. As Co-Founder and Co-Director of Let's Sprout, Kelsey promoted youth empowerment and leadership through workshops and camps. Kelsey also held various positions at Thinkwell Shift, including Program Manager for Green Schools Nova Scotia, focusing on student engagement in sustainability initiatives. Earlier roles included Regional Coordinator for the 3% Project and Innovation Advisor at EQWIP HUBs. Kelsey holds a Joint Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability and Community Design from Dalhousie University, earned between 2011 and 2016.
