Dori Chudobiak

Dori Chudobiak is an accomplished professional in corporate performance and engagement, currently serving as VP Corporate Performance and Engagement at Efficiency Manitoba since July 2019. Previously, Dori held various strategic roles at Manitoba Hydro from August 2002 to July 2019, including Government Relations and Corporate Issues Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing communications for the President & CEO and engaging with government officials on policy matters. Dori's expertise in human resources was developed through positions such as Human Resources Senior Business Partner and Human Resource Advisor, focusing on optimizing HR services and facilitating succession planning. Dori holds an MBA in General Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources/Marketing, both from the University of Manitoba.
