Andrea Mirenda

Business Development Consultant at Efficient Power Conversion

Andrea Mirenda has a career spanning over several decades. Andrea began their work experience in 1986 as a Marketing Manager at Chips and Technologies. Andrea then joined Hitachi America, Ltd. in 1993 as Microcontroller Marketing. In 1994, they became the Vice President of Regional Marketing at Vishay Siliconix Inc., a position they held until 2006. From 1995 to 2006, they also served as the Vice President of Marketing at Vishay Siliconix.

In 2005, Andrea joined Fairchild Semiconductor as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, a role they held until 2011. During their time at Fairchild Semiconductor, they had responsibilities in corporate marketing. In 2011, they moved to Vishay Siliconix again and served as the Vice President, Corporate Growth Markets, and later Vice President of World Wide Regional Marketing until 2013.

In 2013, they joined Efficient Power Conversion and was appointed as the Vice President Americas Sales. Andrea held this role until July 2021 when they transitioned to a Business Development Consultant position with the same company. Andrea retired in April 2022.

Throughout their career, Andrea has held various leadership positions and has been actively involved in business development, sales, marketing, and customer advocacy roles in the semiconductor industry.

Andrea Mirenda completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology and Environmental Planning at the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 1974 to 1978.
