T Morganti

Staff Field Application Engineer For EMEA at Efficient Power Conversion

T Morganti started their work experience in 2006 as a HW/FW design engineer at Powersoft srl, where they worked on audio DSP boards, algorithms, and system integration. From 2011 to 2012, they also served as an HW design engineer at Oxygen SpA, designing and testing MCU-based power management units for battery-powered scooters.

In 2012, Morganti joined Adamson Systems Engineering as a project manager and design engineer. They led the HW/SW engineering team for the "Energia" project and were responsible for designing powered loudspeaker electronics such as amplifiers and DSPs. They later became the electrical engineering team leader.

From 2014 to 2015, Morganti worked independently on a GaN HEMT based inverter concept and design for a Google competition, developing a GaN FETs-based half bridge module and optimizing heatsinking.

Starting in 2015, Morganti joined Powersoft as a system design engineer responsible for defining new product requirements and specifications, architecture design, and technology innovation.

In 2022, Morganti became a senior field application engineer for EMEA at Efficient Power Conversion, supporting design engineers in adopting GaN FETs and ICs and collaborating with sales and marketing to develop the company's business.

Throughout their career, Morganti also took on part-time teaching roles at Technical College "Leonardo da Vinci" and served as an instructor at SSE - Sirio Sistemi Elettronici S.p.A. They also briefly worked as an FW developer at Chemitec in 2006.

T Morganti obtained a Laurea degree in Ingegneria Elettronica from Università degli Studi di Firenze, which was pursued between 1996 and 2002. Later, T Morganti pursued a Ph.D. in Electronic system design from the same institution from 2003 to 2006.
