Graeme Kirkwood has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Graeme currently works at Efficio as a Manager, where they lead categories and engagement teams in delivering complex sourcing, transformation, and operational projects. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at Efficio, where they worked closely with large companies, driving value through supply chain and operations. During their time as a Senior Consultant, they delivered $2 million of direct material savings in 6 months and led an S2P ERP implementation for a $1 billion+ company.

Before joining Efficio, Graeme worked at TARGUS Management Consulting as a Consultant. Here, they applied specialized skills in operational excellence, solution implementation, and business strategy. Graeme also served as an internal Subject Matter Expert for the Chemical and Petrochemical industry team and was involved in preparing and delivering detailed proposals and value-based bids for new engagements.

Graeme also has experience as an Independent Consultant, where they coordinated all aspects of engagement execution and synthesized data across multiple areas to support new product development. Additionally, they assessed market fit, cost/benefits, pricing, and technical/economic feasibility of new and existing products.

Earlier in their career, Graeme worked at Honeywell in various roles. As a Technology Manager, they supervised a digital transformation group and served as a Proposal Writer for multimillion-dollar bids from major oil refiners. During this time, they successfully decreased time requirements for a key design process by 90% and improved sales volume by 50%. Graeme also served as a Chief Technical Advisor, leading cross-discipline engineering consultants and contractors in key engagements and conducting economic designs of new processes.

Graeme's work experience also includes a role as a Chemical Engineer at Honeywell, providing technical support and preparing business cases for major projects. Before that, they gained experience as a Technologist at MAST Carbon International Ltd., where they performed materials research and development as part of a multidisciplinary team.
