Nicole Deckers

Nicole Deckers has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Their most recent position is as a Label Manager at The Orchard since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Livent X from June 2020 to November 2022, where they were responsible for resource management, project execution, and contributing to the company's corporate strategy. Nicole also worked as an Operations and Development Leader at Livent X from September 2021 to September 2022 and as a Production Coordinator from October 2020 to August 2021, where they were involved in the production of virtual and hybrid events and management of digital developments.

Nicole Deckers started their education in 2003 at Colegio Andino - Deutsche Schule Bogotá, where they pursued their Abitur degree. From 2017 to 2020, they attended BIMM University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Business. Following that, from 2021 to 2022, they studied at CESA and earned a Specialist degree in Business Management. Currently, they are enrolled at CESA, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Administration and Business Management.
