Kelly Huynh has had a variety of work experiences in different companies and roles. In 2023, they worked as a Business Services Intern at Efficio. Prior to that, they were a Candidate at The Brokerage in 2021. In 2022, they served as a Junior Receptionist Support at Efficio and also worked as a Business Services Intern. Kelly was involved in BVL's Model Law Commission in 2021, where they focused on commercial and common law and compiled a report on reform proposals related to AI in the workplace. Kelly also had a brief role at Reed Smith LLP and participated in a week-long insight project at Social Mobility Business Partnership, working with various brands. Additionally, they were part of a program hosted by SEO London called "Demystifying the City" in 2021, where they learned from industry professionals and participated in a group project. In 2020, they had virtual work experience at PwC and Young Professionals, where they engaged with different businesses and received guidance from industry experts.

Kelly Huynh attended Copthall School from 2015 to 2020. After completing their secondary education, they then pursued higher education at Woodhouse College, previously known as Woodhouse Grammar School, from 2020 to 2022. Following that, they enrolled at King's College London from 2022 to 2026, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Spanish.
