Alex Haoyu X. has extensive work experience in various advisory roles and leadership positions. Alex Haoyu served as the Managing Director for Effie Greater China, where they successfully turned around the company, tripled revenue and income, and established the highly respected Effie award. Alex Haoyu also organized the Unthinkable innovation summit, a widely attended industry event. Alex has also held senior advisor positions at multiple organizations, including IDG TechNetwork, Dentsu Aegis Network, Answer Digital, Huatie Railway Media Network, Junjieshang beauty salon media network, and Zhouwei community marketing. Additionally, they were a council member of Effie Greater China and a member of the Shandong Association.

Alex Haoyu X. has a diverse education history with a focus on business and engineering. They completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Dean's fellowship at Boston College Carroll School of Management, specializing in Marketing Finance. Prior to this, Alex pursued a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a full scholarship at both University of Massachusetts Amherst and Sichuan University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering from Xihua University, where they were awarded a full scholarship as well.
