Barry Justice

Barry Justice has extensive work experience in operations and plant management roles. Barry began their career in 2001 at Kent Nutrition Group where they served as a Plant Manager for ten years. In 2011, they joined Gold River Feed Products as a Plant Manager and stayed with the company until 2019. Barry then joined The Equity as a Plant Manager and later transitioned to the role of Operations Manager in January 2021. Barry briefly took on the role of Feed Operations Manager at The Equity from February to April 2021. In April 2021, Barry moved to PHM Brands as an Assistant Vice President.
