Taylin Luzcando

Taylin Luzcando currently serves as a Profesora de Emprendimiento at Panamerican School, teaching entrepreneurship to pre-media students. As the Founder and Executive Director of Effluz, Taylin has established the first store in Panama specializing in products for premature and twin babies, and also acts as a Business Advisor in medical marketing. Taylin is a 2023 YLAI Alumn, selected for the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative Fellowship Program. Previous roles include Project Manager at MAGA Systems & Consulting and Administrative and Technical at the Embassy of Panama in Spain. Educational achievements include bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Sales Management and Management and Entrepreneurship from Universidad Europea, as well as ongoing master's studies in Educación and a diploma in Taxation. Additional qualifications encompass a project management course and a master's degree in International Relations.
