Support Technician Tier II at Effortless Office

Chad Taylor has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Chad began their career in 2010 as a Shift Lead at FC Juice LLC, a Jamba Juice franchise. In this role, they were responsible for key duties such as opening and closing the store, managing the team, maintaining accurate bank records, placing and receiving product orders, and managing inventory. Chad worked in this position until June 2016.

In 2016, Chad joined Avmeda as a Pre Sales/Support Technician. Chad provided technical support and assistance to customers, and also played a role in the pre-sales process. After a year and a half, Chad left Avmeda in August 2017.

Chad then joined Effortless Office in September 2017 as a Support Technician. Chad fulfilled various technical duties and ensured customer satisfaction. In March 2019, Chad was promoted to the role of Team Lead, where they took on additional responsibilities such as managing a team. Chad continued in this role until January 2022. Subsequently, they transitioned to the position of Support Technician Tier II, where they currently work.

Chad Taylor earned an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from ITT Technical Institute-Henderson. Chad attended the institute from 2014 to 2016.
