John Holden

John Holden is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the construction and community management sectors. Currently serving as Controller for Century Communities of Nevada, LLC since April 2014, John has previously held controller positions at Dunhill Homes and LM Construction Co., LLC, where John also acted as Chief Financial Officer. Other notable roles include Sr. VP and COO at Landtek, LLC, VP and General Manager at Sunrise Colony, and Executive Director/Controller at Sun City Summerlin Community Association. John’s career began as Director of Finance at Wet'n Wild, contributing to a robust foundation in financial management.
