Sapna P. has a diverse work experience in various roles within supply chain, procurement, operations, and inventory management. Sapna is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement at Effy Jewelry since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Vice President of Operations at Effy Jewelry from December 2019 to February 2022, and as the Director of Operations from February 2016 to December 2019.

Before joining Effy Jewelry, Sapna held the position of Director of Operations, North America at Ebony and Co from February 2015 to January 2016. Sapna also served as the Operations Manager at IMAN Cosmetics from December 2013 to February 2015.

Sapna's earliest work experience was as the Inventory and Planning Manager at Aura Jewels, Inc. from February 2007 to November 2013.
