Eric S. Varadaradjou

Eric S. Varadaradjou, Ph.D. has a diverse range of work experience. Eric S. began their career in 2003 as a research engineer at LIMSI CNRS & Eyecom Software. In 2007, they joined BNP Arbitrage as a trading support specialist before transitioning to a role as the IT coordinator accountable for trading at BNP Paribas CIB - Arbitrage and Milan Branch. In 2012, they moved to BSI S.A. as a Capital Markets IT professional. Most recently, starting in 2017, they have been working at EFG International where they have held positions in IT Trading Solution & Delivery as well as Cloud Security / Third Party Risk Management - Group CISO.

Eric S. Varadaradjou, Ph.D. completed their education in the field of Computer Science and Cognitive Science. Eric S. obtained a Ph.D. from Télecom Paris from 2003 to 2007, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Science. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Research degree in Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Human-computer interaction from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) from 2002 to 2003.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. These include the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2023, Machine Learning: From Data to Decisions from MIT Professional Education in July 2020, CQF Level 1, Risk, Portfolio management & Options Pricing from CQF Institute in June 2019, and a Certificate in ARENA Modules: Calculation Trees, ARENA Class Model (ACM), ARENA Dataflow Language (ADFL) from SunGard Financial Systems (now part of FIS) in July 2016. Eric S. also holds a Certificate in Python from SunGard (now part of FIS) obtained in May 2016.
