Marco Forstmoser currently serves as the Head of Digital Channels, User Experience & Research at EFG International, where responsibilities include leading the development of the Digital Client Channel and enhancing the client’s digital journey through user experience design and research. Marco holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich.
