Matteo Zapparoli's work experience includes various positions in the legal field. In 2014, Matteo participated in the Executive Class for International Lending & Secured Financings (Corporate, Project & Asset-based) offered by Euromoney Investors Plc. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Matteo gained specialized knowledge in this field.

Matteo's education journey continued in 2017 when they pursued the CAS Compliance in Financial Services at the University of Geneva. Matteo excelled in the program and received the ABT (Associazione Bancaria Ticinese) Award for Best Grade.

In 2019, Matteo enrolled in a course on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Proceedings in Switzerland at Centro Studi Villa Negroni, where they further expanded their knowledge of banking law.
