Oliver Balmelli

Oliver Balmelli is an experienced banking professional currently serving as Market Group Head at EFG Private Bank since July 2023. Balmelli has held significant roles at EFG Bank since November 2016, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Deputy CEO & Head of Private Banking. Prior to this, Balmelli was Managing Director at BSI Bank from January 2006 to November 2016, where responsibilities included leading International and SEA Private Banking and external asset managers. Balmelli also played a key role in establishing the Private Banking department at BSI Bank in Singapore. Earlier career experience includes serving as Team Head for Europe and south of Europe at BSI Ltd London and as a Private Banker at BSI Bank.
