Ahmed Salah Mansour

Ahmed Salah Mansour has extensive experience in customer service and branches management, currently serving as Associate Vice President at EFG Holding since November 2016. In this role, Ahmed manages customer service operations across nine branches, ensuring high service standards and an efficient onboarding process for clients. Earlier positions at EFG Holding included Associate and Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations and regulatory compliance. Prior to EFG Holding, Ahmed worked as a Counter Operations Officer at Bank Audi. Ahmed holds a Master of Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (2021-2023) and Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics from Cairo University.
